What we treat

Medication management with the whole person in mind.

Sherice Campbell, PMHNP, works with adults 18 and over across Florida on anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PMDD, sleep problems, trauma and PTSD, and women's mental health. Every visit is online.

How it works

More than a prescription.

Medication management starts with a thorough look at what is going on: your symptoms, your history, what you have tried, and what you want your life to look like. From there, Sherice works with you on a plan, which may include medication where it is appropriate, together with the lifestyle, exercise and healthy habits that support it. Then you keep checking in together: what is helping, what is not, and what to adjust.

Jump to a concern:

Anxiety

Anxiety can look like constant worry, tension that never lets go, panic that arrives out of nowhere, or a mind that keeps running through everything that could go wrong. Over time it can wear down sleep, focus and relationships.

Together you will look at how anxiety shows up for you and what has or has not helped before. Medication may be part of the plan when it is appropriate. So are the practical pieces: sleep, movement and the daily habits that support a calmer baseline.

Depression

Depression is not just sadness. It can be heaviness, numbness, exhaustion, trouble concentrating, or losing interest in the things that used to feel good. Some days it is hard to explain, and harder to ask for help.

Sherice takes time to understand your experience and the context around it. Medication management may be one part of the plan, alongside realistic steps for sleep, exercise and structure, reviewed and adjusted together over time.

ADHD

Adult ADHD can mean trouble starting and finishing tasks, losing track of time, forgetfulness, restlessness, or feeling like you are working twice as hard just to keep up. It is often missed or misread in adults.

Care begins with a careful assessment of your history and how symptoms affect your work, relationships and day-to-day life. From there, Sherice works with you on a plan, which may include medication where it is appropriate, plus routines and habits that make focus easier to sustain.

OCD

Obsessive-compulsive disorder brings intrusive, unwanted thoughts and the rituals or mental checks that try to quiet them. It can take up hours of the day, and it is often misunderstood, even by people who care about you.

Sherice works with you to understand your specific patterns and to build a plan around them. Medication management may be part of that plan when it is appropriate, with regular check-ins to see what is changing.

PMDD

Premenstrual dysphoric disorder is more than PMS. In the week or two before a period, mood can drop sharply, irritability and anxiety can spike, and it can feel like a different version of you takes over, only to lift once the cycle moves on.

Because the pattern follows your cycle, care starts with understanding that pattern. Sherice looks at the whole picture, including sleep, stress and hormonal shifts, and works with you on a plan that may include medication where it is appropriate.

Sleep problems

Trouble falling asleep, waking in the middle of the night, or getting a full night and still feeling worn out. Poor sleep feeds anxiety, low mood and focus problems, and they feed it right back.

Sherice looks at sleep as part of the whole picture: your routines, stress, and any mental health concerns that may be keeping you up. The plan may include medication where it is appropriate, and it always includes the habits that make good sleep possible.

Trauma and PTSD

After something overwhelming, the mind and body can stay on alert long after the danger has passed: flashbacks, nightmares, being easily startled, avoiding reminders, or feeling cut off from people and from yourself.

Care here moves at your pace, and you never have to share more than you are ready to. Sherice works with you on a plan that may include medication where it is appropriate, alongside steady, practical support for daily life.

Women's mental health

Hormonal shifts, life transitions and the roles you carry can all shape your mental health in ways that are easy to dismiss, by others and by yourself. Mood, anxiety, sleep and focus often change across different stages of life.

Sherice offers care that takes these factors seriously. Whether the concern is PMDD, anxiety, depression or something harder to name, the plan is built around you as a whole person, not a single symptom.
