When you send a message with the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, your phone number or email, what you need help with and your message. We also see which page you sent it from and when.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to you and to help with what you asked for. We never sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

Our website provider delivers your message to us, checks it automatically for spam, and keeps a copy for 12 months, then deletes it. To prevent abuse, it keeps a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself.

Your message passes through service providers that host and protect this website. To spot spam, some messages are checked by automated tools, which can include AI, and some get an extra check to confirm they were sent by a person, not a bot. These providers use your message only to deliver it and check it for spam.

Some pages may show maps, videos or reviews from other services. Those services have their own privacy policies.
